According to the report, these allegations included possession of Hennessy cognac, use of a contraband cellphone to access social media, and receiving assistance from fellow inmates with tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and making his bed. The report also alleged that he used the cellphone to view photos shared by a former girlfriend.
